You have to supply some meta-data that will help your tutors to evaluate the genuinity of your request. This may include a special "token" supplied to you by your tutors during the course.

Your user name on the User Interface machine
Contact information and/or your "token"
Filename (on local disk) of your certificate request this file is usually called `userrequest.pem`
